  2. Platform Content Copyright
    The intellectual property of official content within the Platform (such as JPA Award information, educational programmes, digital gallery exhibits, AI models, etc.) is owned by us or our partners and may not be reproduced, modified, distributed, or used commercially without permission. Including, but not limited to, trademarks, copyrights and patents, are the exclusive property of ArtsCoral or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content of the site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any other use, including reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial exploitation, is strictly prohibited without ArtsCoral's prior written consent.
  3. Digital Gallery Rules
    Works displayed in the digital gallery may involve copyright transactions, which you need to comply with:
    • The works in the gallery may not be downloaded, copied or tampered with except with the permission of the right holder of the work;
    • When participating in the transaction of works, you need to complete the identity verification and payment process according to the rules of the platform, and the transaction disputes will be solved by buyers and sellers themselves, and the platform will only provide technical support.

V. Privacy protection and security of minors

  2. You are required to complete the course according to the requirements of the course. Recording or distributing the course content or using the course resources for profit is prohibited.

(II) JPA International Art Award Matchmaking

  1. The platform provides JPA Awards with services such as entry channel, work submission and exhibition information enquiry. Entry rules are subject to the official release of JPA, and the platform is not responsible for the results of the competition or the judging process.
  2. Entries must be original, and the user is solely responsible for the consequences of disqualification due to copyright disputes.

(iii) Study tours and study abroad services

  1. The platform cooperates with third-party organisations to provide art tours and study abroad consulting services, and the specific itinerary, fees and division of responsibilities are subject to the contract signed between you and the third party.
  2. The platform only provides information matching, and does not assume responsibility for guaranteeing the quality and safety of third-party services.

(iv) Costs and payments

Some of the services of the Platform (such as course purchase, tournament registration, study tours, etc.) require payment, and the payment method is subject to the instructions on the page. Once the fee is paid, it is non-refundable, except as permitted by law or the rules of the platform.

VII. Change and Termination of Services

  1. Service adjustments

NFT Licensing Instructions for Digital Image Works

1. Purpose of the mandate

         In order to support the diversified display and innovation of young people's artistic creations, the platform reserves the right to digitally assetise the digital image works uploaded by users (including paintings, digital art, etc.), including, but not limited to, making the works into non-homogenous tokens (NFTs) to be used in digital collections, sales, displays and community activities.

2. Scope of the mandate

  • Digital image works uploaded by Users on the Platform are, by default, authorised for the Platform and its partners to have the right to produce NFTs globally.
  • The authorisation includes, but is not limited to, the right to reproduce, display, distribute, transfer, sell, advertise and promote the rights of use and operation related to NFT.
  • The licence is non-exclusive and the user retains the copyright and all other rights to the work.

3. User rights and guarantees

  • During the production of NFT, the platform will respect the user's right of attribution by identifying the original author.
  • Users may contact the Platform at any time for information on the NFT status of their work and related information.
  • The Platform undertakes not to alter the content of the work or use it inappropriately without the user's consent.
  • If the User does not agree with the authorisation, the User may apply for withdrawal of the NFT authorisation via the Platform's contact details and the Platform will endeavour to co-operate with the process.

4. Distribution of proceeds

  • If the work NFT generates revenue, the platform will reasonably distribute the revenue to the users according to the subsequent specific rules.
  • The specific revenue mechanism will be separately explained through the platform announcement or user agreement to protect the legitimate rights and interests of users.

5. Legal liability

  • The user guarantees that the uploaded work is original or has been legally authorised and does not infringe the rights of any third party.
  • The user shall be liable for the actions within the scope of this authorisation.
  • The Platform is not responsible for copyright disputes arising from works uploaded by users.

Amendment and entry into force

These Supplemental Terms are an integral part of the User Privacy Agreement and the Website Terms of Use and are effective as of the date of publication. The User's continued use of the Platform Services constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
