Season 1 is nearly over, and the big question is what happens to your pile of Mistfall Hunter Gyldenblood Money. It won’t carry straight into Season 2. Instead, Gyldenblod and most stored items become Contribution, which then turns into Gyldenblod Leaves. You’ll spend those Leaves in the new Fateweaver Shop. That’s the short version, anyway. The part worth paying attention to is the tier system: the first slice of Contribution gets the best conversion rate, while later slices get less efficient rates. A bigger stash still earns more Leaves. It just won’t produce a reward that’s proportional to the size of the stash. The developers haven’t published exact tier sizes or rates, so don’t trust anyone promising a precise return yet. You can check your own estimate on the Season Reset screen, which appears on the season page from October 22, 2026 at 10:00. The reset page and shop preview were also added to the client in the October 21 update. Why do this at all The team says an extraction game needs valuable finds to feel exciting. If everyone’s warehouse keeps filling forever, that feeling gets harder to maintain. Rather than making drops much rarer or making extraction far tougher in Chaos or Cataclysm Mode, the team chose a partial reset. You’ll lose some stockpiled resources, but you’ll get something back for them.

    The quick comparison

Not everything goes through the same process. Here’s the distinction I’d check before spending a quiet evening sorting out my warehouse and camp.

    Asset Season 2 result
Gyldenblod and stored items Convert into Contribution
Character progress and cosmetics Stay with your account
Selected camp building levels Reset and provide Contribution

    What stays and what changes

That first row covers quite a lot. Echoes of Fate, all three types of Soul Cocoons, Inventory and Warehouse contents, Combat Bags, and Soulcatch Nets convert at set ratios. Pip’s Pouches and Keychains also have their activation time reset. Your character, though Appearance, level, skills and talent points all stay put. So do outfits, cosmetics, Fate Coins, Soul Coins, Moonlight Nectar, Star Silver and Starsilver Spindles. Your friends and unlocked core features remain, along with the Shop and Auction House. The Collection Pedestal keeps its placed collectibles and upgrade progress, and the Watchtower keeps its level. Story task progress, contract reward unlock progress and Pip’s Gift progress carry over too. Contract Sigils become Faded Contract Sigils one for one. If your Slumbering Contract still has unredeemed rewards, it’ll remain available. Camp buildings are a different story. The Goddess Statue, Gylden Pool, Tavern, Workshop, Scavenger Squad and Soulcatch Tree reset their levels and give Contribution based on where they stood. There’s a break for rebuilding: rare materials you’ve already spent on those upgrades won’t need to be spent again for the same levels. The Soulcatch Tree takes a new form in Season 2 and needs new materials, although Nets keep their core function. Your starting Path of Glory tier depends on your final Season 1 standing. Lower tiers mostly retain their progress; higher tiers move back toward a shared starting point. Once the new season starts, Leaves can buy rare pouches, a selection chest with Unbound Holy Collectibles, Holy Soulcatch Nets and Combat Bags. There are two Season 1 keepsakes too: the Gyldjar Mistchaser’s Messenger Bug Jar and the Proof of the Soul Hunt medal.

    Before the reset

    1. Check your in-game estimate before making a big purchase.

    2. Finish story tasks and contract unlocks that are nearly complete.

    Where to focus

    1. Keep earning retained currencies if they suit your plans.

    2. Use spare resources on collectibles you’ll enjoy this season.

    Making the call

There’s no need to rush into selling everything. If you’ve got plenty of Mistfall Hunter Gyldenblood, compare the activities you enjoy now with the uncertain return from your highest conversion tier.
